Clubhouse
Adelaide’s first client, a ultra high net-worth family office, who engaged Adelaide to source and develop high-rise micro-unit residential mixed-use projects in select cities across the United States. Client paused all projects in June 2020 due to impacts of Covid-19. Adelaide sourced or designed 4 projects across 4 cities totaling ~$430M, 1,300+ units and 30k square feet of retail.
McNair Interests
Adelaide was engaged by an ultra high net worth family office in Houston to source and develop a variety of residential and mixed use projects across the Southwest United States. After completing the first project, the Client paused the remaining projects due to an internal decision to stop real estate investments Adelaide developed or assisted in the development of 5 projects across 3 cities totaling $1.2B, 1,400+ units and a branded hotel and residences with 50k square feet of retail and 250k square foot office.
Park Eight Place
Adelaide was engaged by an ultra high net worth family office in Houston to assist in the master planning of a 70 acre property in urban Houston as well as develop a variety of residential and mixed use projects in the Park Eight Place master planning of. In addition, Adelaide has partnered with the family office for a multifamily mixed-use project focused on micro units. Adelaide has developed or continues in their development of 3 projects in Park Eight Place totaling $200M, 200 condo units and 386 multifamily units, 80k square feet of retail, 170k square feet of office and the assistance in management of the horizontal infrastructure and overall master planning across the 70 acres.
Four Seasons Private Residences Lake Austin
Adelaide was engaged by a partnership of ultra high net worth individuals to assist as advisor. The project is a one of a kind luxury Four Seasons branded residential resort in Austin, Texas. The project is a 200 unit Four Seasons branded residences with 100,000+ amenities including a boat club and 5 star private restaurant.
Vista Shadow Mountain
Adelaide was engaged by a private equity company to provide management services for the major renovation of the 593 unit garden apartment in Tulsa, OK. The project is a 1970s vintage multifamily project that consists of 100 individual 2 story buildings. Renovations include site work, exterior facade repairs, roof replacements, and complete interior renovation of the units. The project totals $40M of renovation work across the 593 units.
