Jason Parker
Jason is the Chief Investment Officer and Head of Capital Markets. Prior to joining Adelaide in 2024, he was a Co-Founder of Cobalt Equities, a Real Estate investment and advisory firm that also worked with a diversified portfolio of PropTech startups.
Before Cobalt, Jason served as Managing Director at Mission Capital, where he specialized in the origination and structuring of debt and equity investments nationwide. While at Mission, he generated more than $1 billion in opportunistic Real Estate transactions.
Jason received a B.S. from the Hotel School at Cornell and an M.S. in Real Estate Finance and Investment from NYU Schack.
