Park Eight Place

Adelaide was engaged by an ultra high net worth family office in Houston to assist in the master planning of a 70 acre property in urban Houston as well as develop a variety of residential and mixed use projects in the Park Eight Place master planning. In addition, Adelaide has partnered with the family office for a multifamily mixed-use project focused on micro units. Adelaide has developed or continues in their development of 3 projects in Park Eight Place totaling $200M, 200 condo units and 386 multifamily units, 80k square feet of retail, 170k square feet of office and the assistance in management of the horizontal infrastructure and overall master planning across the 70 acres.
